The primary objective of the Swiss Institute for investment in emerging markets is therefore to support foreign and local investors in making sound investment in emerging markets with a primary focus on India and later on other countries such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Africa - driven by sustainability and good governance.

The Swiss Institute is conducting workshops 4 times a year, while 2 workshops will be held in Switzerland and 2 workshops will be held in India. Furthermore, the Institute is conducting research and deploying regular newsletters and research reports on sound investment in emerging markets.

The Swiss Institute is run by a management team consisting of 3 people and suported by an advisory board consisting of 12 renowned personalities both from the Indian and Swiss Industry and political environment.
